 Terry Canfield Schmidt-  "It's easy to be successful when you love what you're doing."  After transferring from San Francisco to Los Angeles over 23 years ago, Terry moved to what she calls the "Oasis in the Hills," Lake Hollywood Estates. Living in an area overlooking the Lake Hollywood reservoir with a backdrop of mountains and the Hollywood sign was her idea of paradise. Her appreciation of and pride in her community compelled her to become involved in the Lake Hollywood Homeowners Association where she was president for several years. She also served on the Executive Board for the Hollywood Arts Council and was a parent volunteer at Valley View Elementary School. Having raised her sons in the community, (who are now attending college at UCLA and UCSD), she has an appreciation and knowledge of the benefits of living in the Hollywood Hills. Terry has recently become involved as a volunteer and fundraiser with Habitat for Humanity, which she says was a natural transition from her day job of finding her clients their “Dream Home”. With Habitat she is able to help a family “Make their Dream of Home Ownership” become a reality. She believes that giving back to the community is the ultimate reward.

Terry’s knowledge of community and her involvement has proved invaluable in her representation of clients, both Buyers and Sellers.
